Stanislav Biltsevich
eCommerce Systems Architect
I work on managing online stores and designing process architecture in eCommerce.
I use projects based on WordPress (WooCommerce) and OpenCart, along with integrations with various CRM systems.
I work with different eCommerce models — from in-stock sales to pre-orders and digital products, including licensing. Each of them requires its own architecture and process logic.
This shapes an approach where solutions are not taken “out of the box”, but built around specific business needs.
Over time, this led me to develop my own tools for problems that cannot be effectively solved with standard solutions.
I build tools that help store owners control their processes, reduce risks, and prevent financial losses.
Pricing mistakes, import errors, duplicate data, and human factors are not technical details — they are real financial losses and reputational risks.
I do not build universal “all-in-one” solutions. My focus is on solving specific vulnerabilities in a simple and reliable way.
Each tool is a response to a real problem from practice. The solutions are used in real workflows and continuously improved based on experience and user feedback.
This is not just a business. It is a way to share practical solutions that help keep processes under control and avoid losses.
My goal is to build a system of tools that improves control and reliability in eCommerce operations.
If you work with WooCommerce and care about process control — you know what this is about.
